very disappointing

I don't get to eat out that much with this economy, so this was very disappointing. . My husband and I went 1-15-14 at 5pm. The salad bar was almost empty of lettuce salad, there was no butter and I like butter on my mashed potatoes, the chicken was not done. I don't like "QUICK CHICK" I want my chicken done. The chili was awful!!!! We have eaten at the Ottumwa Pizza Ranch before and it was always great. Not tonight. That was a total waste of our money! Not sure when we'll go back. May have been short staffed but you can't rush fried chicken!!!! Susan in Ottumwa
