Our Aptive treatment was top notch again this quarter. Our house is a bit hard to find, but our technician persevered and still made it on time. He politely introduced himself, and showed great pride in his work. He adjusted his treatment to account for the weather conditions and completed the work thoroughly and expeditiously. Thanks Aptive!

Today our technician,Jared took care of our home. We’ve had him several times and each time discusses what he’s going to do and how much time he expects to be at our home. He’s ALWAYS professional and knowledgeable and courteous! We would appreciate having him as our technician for every Aptive visit!! Thanks for hiring such high caliber employees!!

Damon was Extremely Patient, Understanding and Caring. My physician informed me that I am allergic to Bugs. I want no Bugs, Ever In My Home Or Outside, The Thought Of PEST HAS DEVASTATED ME.

We called Aptive for an "extra" visit re. a wasp problem. Danzel Campbell, the technician, arrived promptly, listened/followed me around as I pointed out the problem areas. He treated the entire outside area and removed several wasp nests. He gave me an update before he left. Very polite and professional.

Julio Hernandez did an excellent job explaining exactly what he was going to be doing, and how their service was environmentally friendly. He was very friendly and helpful.

Besides that, Aptive was very economical, compared to other local pest control services.

The Aptive man who came to my house was super. He went around the entire house, including my deck, and took care of several wasp nests up high. Then he volunteered to come in and treat the basement if I wanted him to. I agreed and he treated the entire basement. He was courteous, affable, and very professional. His name was Monty and he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. I am very satisfied with their service.

I have only nice things to say about Izak! He was timely, incredibly courteous and professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the services being provided! Here was very flexible with working around other workers that were painting the outside of my home and even suggested coming back out when they were finished to complete some of the things needed as he didn't want to cause anyone an inconvenience. 5 stars all the way!! Wanted to let you know that Aptive Pest Service sent Nikkolas (Nick) Hetrick to do Bug & Pest Control service on my house. Nick did a very thorough job servicing our house located next to a Golf Course, where others have fallen short getting the job done. Knick did everything he was supposed to do and more. Kick asked me many times if I had any other specific problems I wanted him to look at. Nick took care of every additional problem I showed him. Nick is extremely knowable about bug / pest issues and resolves the issues himself. Anyone can say you need to do this & this but actually getting this physically done is always a problem, Nick Gets It Done.
I have scheduled with Aptive to only have Nick service my house in the future. He is scheduled to come back for a follow up inspection in a few weeks and do any additional service that is needed.
I highly recommend Nick for any Bug, Pest or related issues you have.
