Provided by YP.comI have been doing business at this BP for a couple of years; my first experience was getting a tire repaired after I picked up a nail on a gravel road. They fixed it within a few minutes at a minor charge. I have had more work done since then, including headlights and oil changes. Their prices are competitive (certainly more reasonable than a dealer), and they get the work done when promised. I would (and have) recommended this station to friends and family.

Provided by YP.comIt's a shame that you can't take away bad reviews. Animal is leaving a bad rating when he doesn't even know what he/she is talking about. If any bolt is "froze" it has nothing to do with the temp. It means it is siezed up. It happens a lot on lugs as people don't use anti-sieze on them and torque them way too tight. The shop is fine, you just had bad luck.

Provided by YP.comI had a terrible experience at this station. I was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes to repair a leaky tire and would cost around 18dollars. Long story short, I was in this gas station for over 2 hours and 70 dollars later I had tires that STILL leaked air. The mechanic cross threaded of of my stems & lugnuts, and tried to blame it on whoever was the last person that put the tire on(it was them!). They broke off a lugnut while attached to the stem claiming it was frozen on, I explained that my car is parked in a heated garage so that is not possible, plus outdoor temps were well above freezing that day. The service manager is not a mechanic and has no clue how a cross threaded lugnut goes on. I will never ever go there again, even for gas...beware of clueless "managers" and mechanics who cannot repair your car without breaking off stems or crossthreading lugnuts, among other things....

Provided by YP.comexcellent - I can say this even after spending $1,600. I am on Social Security Disability which makes it really scary to take my car in any where. I didn't trust anyone. My car broke down and I had to have it towed so I had it taken to the BP station which is in walking distance from my house. I had a lot of work done but got comparison prices and services from other repair shops and I was amazed not only on their prices but on things they didn't try to sell me like the other repair shops. I finally found a honest repair shop with good prices and I would never take my car any where else. I had a bent windshield arm with no blake on the passenger side. It had been like this for years. The other day it was raining so I turned on the wipers and I couldn't believe it but they had fixed it and didn't charge me.

Provided by YP.comI HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE IN WHICH IT WAS ALMOST FLAT. WHEN I PULLED INTO THE STATION PARKING
LOT, A BP SERVICE EMPLOYEE WAS AT THE WINDOW OF MY CAR ALMOST IMEDIATELY. I TOLD HIM OF
MY MISFORTUNE AND HE SAID NOT TO WORRY, THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. WHILE I WAS WAITING
I WAS OFFERED COFFEE. WHEN ALL SAID AND DONE, THE REPAIR WAS DONE IN 12 MINITES, AND THE REPAIR WAS GARANTEED FOR THE LIFE OF THE TIRE, AND THE BILL WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND I FELT I WAS TREATED VERY WELL AND WITH ENTHUSIASM AND WILL DEFINATELY COME BACK FOR REGULAR SCHEDUALED MAINTENANCE OR FOR OTHER REPAIRS AND OR TIRES IN THE FUTURE. TO MAKE THE LONG
STORY SHORT, I WAS EVEN ON TIME TO WORK.
THEY SAID I WAS A VALUED CUSTOMER AND APRECIATED MY BUSINESS.
I WANT TO THANK 'BP SERVICE' FOR THEIR SERVICE!
THANK YOU,
JENNY
