This is a first class lender. My questions were always answered very quickly and accurately. Reed Ross and Chad Carson were great to work with. They are both professional and friendly. I also like the way you can download and upload most documents to the web site. Saves a lot of paper and faxing.



I'd go back to CapWest in the future.

I have refinanced my mortgage twice in the last 3 years, with Jason McKinney as the loan officer. In both cases, the refinancing went smoothly and we closed in less than a month. Jason was very helpful, and the information and estimates he provided up front were very accurate. Capwest had the lowest interest rates and closing costs of the 6 lenders that I checked with prior to initiating the loan with Jason.

I found CapWest Mortgage using Costco. I was very happy with my experience and very pleased with my loan officer, Reed Ross. This was my second Re-Fi with Jason McKinney. I originally found Jason through Costco. After a couple of bad experiences with other mortgage brokers, I called him and found him to be extremely helpful in explaining every minute detail of the loan and the terms. He doesn't try to gloss over the fine print like most brokers do, and he is very thorough. He works late, calls you back on the weekends, and makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the process every step of the way. The secure website makes it easy to submit all your documents electronically. Refinancing has never been so painless! I would highly recommend Jason and his team.
