I recieved a call from a woman today from this law office collecting a medical debt if $236.I'm going to be honest I have got a call from here before and agreed to pay however I have had some unexpected expenses come up and I honestly forgot about it. I am a mother of 3 children and my husband works 65 hours a week to provide for us. I also work. She was very RUDE! And told me ahe was tired of my "untruthful promises" and accused me of throwing the bills away!?! I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and told me she didnt appreciate mine? I asked her for the address to send a full payment and she replied "sure so you can throw it away again" I was infuriated and not nice at that point. What kind of business is that unprofessional whether your collecting a bill or not thats not how you treat people! You need to re think your staff! Some people have a lot going on and are genuinely not trying to not pay their bills!
