This is a "luxury" gated community. However, the gates never work. Trash is always dumped outisde of the compactor. This is a non-smoking complex and residents smoke all the time. The pool always has algae on the bottom. The gym is not properly maintained--the fans have been broken for months, the stairmaster has not been repaired. The appliances are cheap. What are we paying such high rent for? It's such a shame because when we were originally shown the complex, none of this stuff was obvious. Residents are not renewing leases. This is why--it's not as "luxury" or as "high end" as it appears. The rents are high just to keep up the facade and to fill the owner's pockets. Spend your money elsewhere.
