No more pain from TMJ

I have suffered from TMJ pain and clicking for years. The pain recently got worse. I went to my Primary Care MD and got a huge bill and no relief. Come to find out my insurance would not pay for TMJ treatment. I was told to take Motrin for the pain and "try not to open your mouth so wide".

I went to Dr. Jacobs for help. She gave me adjustments, put me on TENS therapy for my jaw. I saw Dr. Jacobs twice a week for 4 weeks. The clicking from my jaw stopped. It has been 8 weeks since I started treatment. I am for the first time pain free and I am not embarrased by my clicking jaw. Oh and my insurance paid for chiropractic care.

Thank you Dr. Jacobs for making the quality of my life better!

Feeling Great!

Dr. Jacobs is the best! I went to her and was always in back pain. I woke up in pain. When I would get up from my chair, I was in pain. And I was in pain before I went to bed. She worked wonders so much so that I no longer wake up in pain and I'm way more active now than I could have ever been before. Call Kim...get rid of the pain!

A time to heal.

Life can take a toll on your body. Mentally and physically. They both play a key role in a healthy life style. I have seen several Chiropractors over the years for various reasons. Mainly to keep my body functioning at it's best. I have been seeing Dr. Jacobs for several months as part of a routine maintenance. I word hard doing construction and I play even harder, with sports such as cycling, golf and beach volleyball. I know my body well enough that when things don't feel as they should I seek out Dr Jacobs and her Healing Center. I recently underwent surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and bicep muscle tear. This is not the most pleasant of surgerys and knew that I would be out of commission for some time. I mentioned my surgery to Dr Jacobs and she told me of a lazer procedure that she was using to help with pain management. I would have dreamed that you could treat severe pain with out the use of strong medication, but after only one treatment from the lazer, I felt immediate relief from the severe pain. This not only eased my pain, but it allowed me to progress faster with my physical therapy. If you have a pain that is chronic and you have tried everything to alleviate your pain. I suggest that you look to Dr Jacobs and see for yourself the difference that this procedure can make.

All the best,

Better Than Going To A Hospital

I was in a car accident that left me with several injuries. I went to Santa Fe Chiropractic for answers and was seen by Dr. Jacobs. She took the time and effort to assess what was wrong with me. She took the necessary tests and was able to diagnose my problems and then gave me the treatment I needed. I never received this top notch treatment when I went to several hospitals. Dr. Jacobs done something a hospital doctor never do...She listened. Not only did she listen she gave me options on how to get better without pushing medications on me. You can't get that kind of first class treatment from a M.D. or any kind of doctor that works in a hospital.
