DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Air condition issues go unresolved, heater issues go unresolved, most of the units have roofs that leaks, that go unresolved! My complex went an entire month without the shower units working because of major plumbing issues, the entire complex is falling apart. They say that it is normal for the air to stay at 85-90 in the summer, when in reality the air conditioner units are over 30 years old and simply need to be replaced. Most of the staff is really rude, and cockroaches are a big issue here as well! Honestly, the absolute worse place I have ever rented! Pot holes everywhere in the parking lot. Both the outside and inside are unkept. Poor landscaping and upkeep. The building material, fixtures, and layout are falling apart. They do nothing about leaky roofs or any of the property that gets damaged because of the leaks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! Do not be fooled by the "special" new customer price because after a year lease, if you renew your price will go up 60-100 dollars! Best advice is to look elsewhere, many nicer, more affordable complexes nearby.
