So my fiance and I go to Journey's to exchange our flower girls shoes for a smaller size. And the woman who was helping/ not helping was a complete ass. She was going back and forth from us and other customers. I'm thinking.... Okay so they are a little busy. Until I hear her say to the other customer "Yes I'd rather you come in and try them on, instead of exchange them". And I'm pretty sure she glanced over. Then she proceeded to tell another worker "Hey help them, they need attention.... (proceeded to tell him what to do)" And then told him "Okay"!!!!! And walk away. As if it was a question to see if he could help us, but instead telling him he has to because she didn't want to. Before this she was trying to tell me I had to pay shipping because my order wasn't over a certain limit which it was originally. Needless to say...... little lady got her shoes for the wedding. I would've made sure even if I had to pay shipping!!!!!!!! I Love Journeys and the gentleman that ended up helping because I truly believe the woman did not want to, was very nice and helpful. I've worked retail and the way she treated us busy or not was unacceptable!!!!! I'm giving this service a 1 star because the first person you see is the one who gives you your impression!! I will go back in the future but if she's there I will request someone else.
