I bid an a Hot Air Balloon ride at a charity auction through AeroSports in 2013. My wife and I were very excited for the opportunity to fly (and help out a local charity).



To this day, we still HAVE NOT been on our ride. We found Chris Sabia extremely hard to get a hold of. It was hard to get in touch via phone and he took weeks to return e-mails (after many follow up emails). He would ask for dates we were available, which we would send him, and then reply to our e-mails after all those dates had passed.



Very disappointing.
