Worst company I have ever dealt with. Very Unprofessional and are really a rip-off.

I had to wait 3 weeks to get a custom door, and when I got the door it was the wrong size and damaged. I called and asked them to pickup the door and refund my money. They were quick with the pickup however gave me the run around on getting my money back.

Bill Coppers and Terry Woodridge very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. I am really amazed how this company stay in business.

I am still trying to get my doors fixed they messed up. I drop them off a week before Thanksgiving. All they have to do is cut the hinges on three doors.. It's not like this is a big project. I call every week and they always tell me it's going to be Monday or Tuesday the following week.. I own the Locker Room in Blue Springs "Where you Get a Beer With Your Hair Cut " and I just don't get how a business can be ran like this. I hope sometime in the near future I will get my doors and can move on but if they can not handle a small project how ask yourself how can they handle a large project.
