I can't say thank you enough towards Andy and the entire Karats team. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel like family. Andy walked us through all of our options for rings, metal, diamonds etc. There was never pressure to make a decision and I can tell that Andy truly just wanted us to be happy. I ended up choosing and amazing design from Kirk Kara and my Fiance absolutely loves the ring. Thank you Andy and I want you to know you have a customer for life! You made what could have been a very stressful decision into an amazing experience and we could not be happier with our choice to use Karats!

In layman's terms the staff at Karats, specifically Andy, is super wicked awesome....but no really. Andy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He allowed me to really explore all of my options with both the engagement ring setting and diamond that I purchased for my fiance. We will be buying both of our wedding bands as well because we truly felt like we were given honest, dependable, and genuine service. My fiance was speechless when she saw her ring. I know that with Andy's help I was able to get a great ring at an exceptional value.

I searched everywhere in Overland Park and found a few nice rings but nothing like what we found at Karats! Very helpful and willing to work with my price range!

My husband and I had the greatest experience with Karats. I love the top-notch selections that they have, and the customer service is excellent. Andy is terrific; he is so accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I absolutely love the custom engagement ring that my husband chose for me. There are few moments in life that are this important. For the longest time Cleo had her heart set on Verragio and of course so did I. We couldn’t have been happier that Karats was the nearest retailer for Verragio! We would had traveled much further and will travel again knowing what a wonderful experience Karats and the team there provide and how experienced Andy is when it comes to fine jewelry. Beyond the expertise, Karats provided a welcoming environment with ease when it came to making such a large purchase! Andy explained all of the details and particulars to me as Cleo and Loni had fun trying on different rings! It was amazing the extra steps they took just to make the experience that much more! Then, when the ring arrived, it was beyond perfect, Cleo and I both loved how it turned out! I bought an engagement ring for my fiance last year and the whole process, from the initial choosing of the ring to the moment I walked out of the store with my customized ring in hand was a very good one!! Eric M. and Andy A. were great help to me through the whole thing. Karats was very good at communicating to me every week about the progress of my custom made ring. We started with a mockup of how I wanted the ring to look, and Karats took it from there. Karats was great at relaying questions and info from me to the factory and vice versa, with great customer service the whole way thru. I got a great deal on my ring and I am very pleased with the service that Karats provided me. I would highly recommend Karats to anyone looking to buy any type of jewelry, they are really the most helpful jeweler I've ever been to. 5 Stars!!

My fiance was dead set on a Verragio ring, after talking to Andy at Karats on the phone and setting up an appointment, I was very pleased with the selection they had in the store. He is very knowledgeable about diamond quality and structure, more so than any other store I checked out, and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. This is the best store ever! My fiance and I both had such an amazing experience here. My ring is the most perfect ring anyone could ask for, and my fiance said the owner Andy made the process go very smoothly and worked well with our budget. I can't say "fantastic" enough! Andy and the team took such good care of me. They were genuinely kind, extremely welcoming, and unbelievably patient throughout the entire process. Andy earned my trust by walking me through each step and assuring me that he was giving me an excellent product for a fair and honest price. They were all completely pressure free, and treated me like a friend, even though my purchase was tiny compared to most. Karats has the best, most unique and beautiful selection I've ever seen. My fiancee and I shopped around at a variety of jewelry stores in the Kansas City area, and without a doubt, Karats was the best place we looked. They have the largest selection and the best designers.

The experience I had a Karats Jewelers was amazing. I live about 3 hours away and they were the closest dealer of verragio rings. I made a few phone calls and emails and decided to use them. That was the best choice I made. Everything from that point on was handled perfectly and Andy along with the rest of the staff helped me in any way I asked. The ring I ordered sight unseen came in perfectly. I drove up to pick out the main stone for the engagement ring I purchased and the selection of diamonds was amazing. I ended up with a ring way more beautiful than I ever imagined. The staff and everything they have available in the store are both a step above the rest. Everything I did was kept a secret and that was very much important to me because I wanted to get my girlfriend the ring of her dreams and it to be a surprise. I will say without a doubt that even though they are 3 hours away from where I live. I will never go anywhere else for any jewelry needs.



PS- They also repaired and recoated some old jewelry of my sisters and the work that was done to those rings was breathtaking. They look brand new now.

Well to be honest, I had looked at every store in Kansas City before I came here. I live in North Kansas City so the drive south was the reason behind that. After visiting a popular North Kansas City store that consisted of the sales person being rude and saying numerous insulting statements.



I decided to listen to a friend and check out Karats. I had sent them an e-mail at 11:30p.m., with the belief that I would get a response in a day or two. Andy sent me a response in 15 minutes. I was very shocked to say the least and after a few emails that night we set up an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I only had intention to look but left open the possibility of same day purchasing. Andy pulled the 6 rings I had found on the website, and a few that were very similar. He was very down to earth and gave me histories of the various brands. He then asked what I was looking for and kept pulling rings until I was completely happy. I am someone who will always find a fault in any product I try to buy, but Andy didn't seem to mind as he kept pulling rings until the perfect one was found. I got a ring that I never thought I could afford, everyone that sees it is speechless. My fiancee can't stop staring at it and that makes it all worth it.



Of all the stores I have went to, this was hands down the best. The staff sends emails every few days to keep you updated. They also seem to care about the details behind the occasion for the purchase, like you are family to them and not a dollar sign. I am glad I listened to my friend and checked out this store instead of looking at how far away it was. For the service and quantity of upper tier jewelry, I would gladly drive any distance.

I was looking to have my engagement ring reset. I had been looking at several jewelry stores in the area. So many of the other store I visited were very intimidating to me. I read good reviews on Karats Jewelry store so i went in and was immediately greeted by Andy. I felt comfortable immediately. I told him what i was looking for and my budget. He was very knowledgable and had the ring I was looking for. He made sure it was in my price range. Andy was very helpful, honest and made me feel very comfortable. He let me take my time by showing me other rings. He truly wanted me to be completely happy with my new ring. He gave me a great price on my new ring and made the whole experience very positive and pleasant. Andy was great to work with and very real and understood what I was looking for. And every time I came back into his store, he remembered my name and things about me that made the relationship personal. I highly recommend KARATS for your jewelry need.
