This property has tons of black mold. The appliances are very old and ragedy. The appliances alone will make your electric bill SKY HIGH. The carpet quality is horrid. The walls are paper thin. The windows sweat so much, that the walls start to chip. Great school district, but the apartments are not good. Don't break your lease, otherwise they will charge you for renovations and updates that you didn't even get to enjoy!
