Rude employees who laugh and point at customers, while saying HORRIBLE things about them in Spansh. I was so embarrassed for the mother and daughters who were there in front of me. They might not have understood Spanish, but it's hard not to know when you are being made fun of when the employees were laughing and pointing at them. I complained to the manager who blew me off. If you want bad service and interaction with rude employees, by all means eat there.

Wow. Can they get an order right? Is it too much to ask if you need ketchup or maybe put a napkin in the bag? If you speak English - you may even have a difficult time ordering here sometimes too. Most the people there are very fluent in Spanish though :)
