Went to Paul's last week to service my VW. Left it there for an oil change and spark plug change. I also wanted transmission fluid change but they stated they can't do that. Car stayed overnight because for some reason they didn't have enough time to do the work ... I had to call them to ask what is going on (because they promised to call me to let me know)... After I went and picked my car up I got charged $318 for the service... I researched the price and got quoted $215 for the SAME work! A day after I picked my car up we noticed a HUGE leak under the car on our driveway. We took the car back, wasted time on Friday evening (right before supposed to host people - which I was late for because of all the hassle). Next day I go and pick up my car and ask how will I be reimbursed for all the inconvenience caused - all Paul said is - I'll give you FREE popcorn and that's it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone due to prices and lack of good service. Also not sure they really know how to respect their customers and acknowledge their mistakes.

The guys there were quick and courteous. They offered affordable prices. And Paul was kind enough to lend me a loaner car so that he could work on my car while I was working which was incredibly nice of him. I’d recommend him for any of your auto repair in needs. Unlike my dealership who was ridiculously priced and backed up and not very kind it all. After love tapping a deer unfortunately my friend and take a bit of damage. Now I’ve got two brand new headlights. I can see clearly now.

Best repair shop in town! Lucho and Paul are the best, totally recommended, I moved from Tx in 2014 and I couldn't find a better place, excellent service!

Stopped in with a serious coolant problem with my f250 diesel on a long trip from Austin, TX. Even though they don't work on diesels, Locho stopped what he was doing and spent an hour patching me up so that I could get home. And I did. Excellent mechanic.

I have taken my 2009 Dodge Journey and my 2004 Ford Focus to Paul's establishment since 2013. I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about his employees and his business. Of the 3 times I have taken a vehicle to his shop, I have NOT experienced any problems or issues with his work or the work of his employees. I look forward to continuing to take all of my vehicles to his establishment for service and repair work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paul's Complete Auto Care for your vehicle service and maintenance needs.

Cheaper prices with honest mechanics is all around great service. I will tell anyone that asks to come here.

Paul was great! I took my car there to replace some shocks and he helped out for a reasonable cost. Would recommend.

Paul’s Complete Auto is hands down the best repair shop in town. They are honest, friendly (even in hot weather!) and their work is second to none. I always recommend Paul’s!

I started to bring my car here when I lived across the street. I've now moved 30 minutes away but Paul is still worth the drive. Fair prices, accurate estimates, and itemized billing add to their flexibility accommodating schedules and quality work. I recommend Paul's to all my friends.

I took my 2004 Hyundai to Paul's for a noise problem and some maintenance that my car needed. Low mileage but 10 years old. I actually went to Paul's because #1--all of the good reviews and #2--it's within walking distance of my house. Could not have been more impressed. Total explanations of what I needed done, how much it would cost and they could (and did) have it done by tomorrow afternoon! When I was "checking in", a parts delivery man told me that he thought they were the best in town. Paul and Lucho were both very friendly and helpful and made me feel like I had been a loyal customer for years. Now I will be.

Paul's complete auto care says it all. My Jetta (VW) was in need of repair so I stopped in to ask Paul to take a look. He did just that and found a few other problems and explained it all to me.

My "Jetta" is smooth and happy even though he stays the night (freezing) in a car port every night. Paul is the best, Dorothy.

I HAVE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE AT THIS SHOP, PEOPLE ARE NICE AND REASONABLE RATES. THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS.

From the time I spoke w/ Paul, I got nothing but honesty. Although there was more wrong w/ my car than initially thought, he worked with me everyday to come to a good decision. It was a big job, reasonably priced and he was able to get the car done in a couple of days for me to go out of town. The car runs great, and have had no issues beyond what is already wrong. I will bring my vehicle back to Paul's solely on the fact of great customer service.

I've been coming to Paul's Shop for last two years. These guys are honest and reliable. Always informative about what they are doing to your car. They show you and tell you why !



Only makes recommendations that are needed and make sense. They don't rack up your bill with things you don't need.

Don't go there. This guy is not honest.

He broke my cv boot which is in good shape after installing the tire rod end. Then, few months later, my torn cv boot cause the cv joint making grinding noise.

Now, he will have the second project from me.

You will go to his shop every few months due to 'NEW' problems.

I had my old van towed here for having no brakes. It took them few days to find the correct part but surely they got it done within reasonable time and fair price. Good guys and they do good work. Sure 5 stars.

I took my 1995 Toyota Camry to Paul’s shop for timing belt and some other regular maintenance. He gave me estimate lower than two estimates I've gotten from different shops. I was very happy with work his crew done on my car. I'll definitely recommend his shop to my family members and friends, and thanks for using genuine Toyota parts.

This is a great shop, and I will not hesitate to go back. Paul and Lucho are very friendly and are more than happy to show you what is going on with your car and what they have done to fix it. It is obvious that they know what they're doing and enjoy doing it. Go see them; you won't regret it.
