After seeing many negative reviews I was hesitant to deal with a Sears at all but I needed a part quickly and I decided to try the part store on Nieman Rd. I called and they were all really nice. I did learn that you need a model number or part number so they could find my part. I could not locate my model number on my dishwasher and Shelly helped me locate it over the phone. I told her I needed a water valve for my dishwasher and she let me know they had it available in store and she would be happy to hold it for me since I live 3 hours away. I got there and the two young girls at the counter were so sweet. They greeted me right away and since the part was already pulled for me I was in and done in less than 5 minutes. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive to deal with actual helpful and friendly people.
