Provided by YP.comGood-sized apartments at a reasonable price however, I would not rent here again. The furnace was held together with duct tape and I had to call someone to come fix my ac/heating literally 8 times in the 1 year that my roommate and I lived there. And our apartment smelled like cigarettes because the neighbor below us was allowed to chain smoke in his apartment. Also, I've been moved out for almost 2 months now and I STILL haven't received my pet deposit. Every time I call it's a different story. And when they re-did the parking lots they gave everyone less than 24 hours notice to have their cars moved to certain parking lots. If it wasn't moved, it was towed at owner's expense. Mine was towed and I was late to my classes. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Provided by YP.comThis is one of the WORST places you can rent from. My electric bill was outstanding in the summer because the insulation was so bad. My AC broke at least 4 times in the 7 months I lived there and It took maintenance forever to fix it too. The walls are paper thin, I could hear straight into my neighbors bedroom. I mean private conversations at normal volume. I constantly woke up to construction outside my window. The water pressure in the shower was awful and the toilet was constantly breaking. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was rarely parking in my lot however I don't think it's horrible everywhere. But the worst part is after my roommate and I spent days cleaning carpets, counters, bathrooms and more we got charged over 1,000 dollars in damages!! They even charged us for pet damages when we didn't even have animals...not to mention after I paid off the bogas charges they didn't take it off my credit for months and I ended up almost getting declined at another apartment because of it. When I called The Ridge to resolve the charges the staff was rude, like always and did not even apologize for their mistake. Take my word, do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. The only good thing about these apartments is the price. But remember, you get what you pay for. Cheap prices = cheap quality.
