No longer have horses, but they have the greatest fine jewelry. Worth the drive from Lansing.

I had to order the pair of Ariat desert holly turquoise boots that I wanted, cause as usual they didn't have my size. Ordered them in July and guess what? On back order until December and Tom's never bothered to contact me about this. I will never let them order another pair of boots for me. They suck at following up with their customers and we had called 3 times asking about the status of this order and the last time we called made them do a trace on the order and found out they were on backorder until december. But they.sure expect you to pay for the item up front. I will them myself and I bet I will get them way before December!

Love it. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I find all kinds of things there normal places do not have. I even drive from West MI now that I no longer live in Lansing.
