Whether you want to learn self-defense, get in shape or want to compete, we have a martial arts program that will meet your needs. Our Programs will teach you how to effectively defend yourself! We provide martial arts to children and adults in a safe and fun environment. Our instructors are trained using a curriculum developed by Professor Marcello C. Monteiro, which integrates martial arts with life skills. Our 16 level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum with over 400 techniques is designed to take you on your journey from white to black belt. If you've ever considered learning Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, now is a great time to start. This curriculum provides a smooth transition to each rank for each student. Classes are structured to allow families to train together while helping all students to get the most out of each class. As students advance in rank, they move into more challenging classes which helps bring out the best in each student as they work to achieve their goals.
