Exceptionally good Chinese food at a locally owned and run restaurant. Orange beef is lightly coated stir fry with a light sauce, a refreshing change from the deep fried, low grade beef in sticky sweet sauce served elsewhere. Shrimp (large, fresh and deveined, unbreaded) with garlic sauce is one of our favorites. Vegetables are always crisp and fresh. They are glad to modify recipes to your taste. Restaurant is very clean and quiet. IMHO, the best Chinese restaurant in the Oviedo/Winter Springs area.
