I purchased 4 pallets of bahia sod, which arrived in clumps, terrible, put in down and watered every day, and fertilized 2 times, half my yard is okay, and the other half is dirt and mud, I wasted a lot of time and money trying to get this backyard looking good, I send a contact letter to Duda with no response ..obviously don't care about unhappy customers, should have read these reviews prior.

I mentioned in the contact information that I was totally disappointed...no response, never again.

Disappointed. I not knowing the most about St. Augustine sod, called Duda and told them I needed to re- sod large holes. They delivered a pallet knowing that I live in Oviedo FL. What they delivered was "muck" based. I came to find out when it should have been sand based in my location which they sell out of their Cocoa facility. Mine died from fungus due to the "muck" retaining to much water. When I called Duda, they told me you have to report problems within 24 hours. What in the world are you going to know in 24 hours? They should have told me muck based is not right for this area.
