The car that I rented was faulty. I had to pull over on a busy interstate. I then had to wait for 30 minutes on the curve and then had to drive 40 minutes to the closest airport to get a new car. The Melbourne site was terrible. The young guy said that he could not replace the car because the service lady did not close the email. I had to wait and waste another hour. After he agreed to do it by hand, I had to go back to the parking lot and move all of the luggage. I was 3 hours late to my appointment. Not an apology, not a thank you, not a good night from the Melbourne airport customer service. Disappointing!

I rented from the Oviedo location because of the proximity to my house they secure the best rate and discounts available to me for a weeklong trip I was very happy with the suburban that they rented to me it was brand-new only a few hundred miles on it very comfortable and enjoyable trip fully loaded great vehicle I would again rent from the low of the Oviedo location

I had to rent a car and this service was great! They were close to me in Oviedo, they picked me up, looked for any discount they could for me, and even called me to make sure everything was good with the rental. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
