Will never do business here again! I brought two of the same items in to be embroidered and one was done incorrectly. When we went back in to ask if she would fix the item for us or make the situation right she was extremely unprofessional and had the 'oh well' attitude. My item did not get fixed and I was unable to use it. Very disappointing!

Love this place!!! They do an amazing job and always have good ideas for my custom embroidery needs. They can embroider just about anything!!!

I have never received such despicable “customer service.” It is reprehensible that these women continue to get away with treating people so disrespectfully. They think that because they are the most well-known embroidery business near UCF that they can treat their customers poorly. To them, we are expendable. My friend went to Ellen’s to get shirts done and Ellen neglected to tell her that the material she brought in would not be the best material to use for what we wanted since it would stretch too much and could rip. Not only did the material tear upon us putting it on for the first time, but the letters were laughably spread across our chests. When we went back to see what our other options were, Ellen and her daughter rudely informed us that it was because we are too big for our shirts and yelled at my friends and me for about an hour. Needless to say, I will never go back and I hope this review helps you make an educated decision.

Ellen's is one of my favorite places to shop in Orlando, hands down. Donna and Ellen both treat me wonderfully every time I come into the store to buy/order/pick-up. Donna has helped me plan and tweak everything I have brought to her to make it cheaper and all-around look better. I have made 8 separate orders from this business and I will never go anywhere else for my embroidery needs.

I used to use Ellen's to embroider Jerseys when I was in college, but now, 8 years later, when I emailed and called her to ask about embroidering something for my wedding, she was extremely rude and short-tempered with me over the phone. She responded quickly to most of my e mails, but never responded to my final question asking if I needed to come in to place my order, then when I called 2 weeks later to ask the same question that she never answered, she said "I remember you, you never came in to the store, how am I supposed to know what you want? You have until Monday at 2pm to come in and place your order, or I'm not doing it. I have college students who need things embroidered for graduation, so I'm not waiting for you." I found her to be extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone work with a business that thinks it's acceptable to mistreat customers.
