ordered flooring for jet boat paid for parts in advance. two weeks later dropped boat off at there facility to get installed two day job according to rob. didn't hear from them for two weeks so I called they said one part of the many ordered was wrong that stuff happens sometimes, but I was assured that the boat was stored inside while waiting for the final part. another week went by and rob got harder and harder to get a hold of. finally he said its complete I went to get it and found it was stored under a tree with no cover and not one of the parts paid for were installed. I was shocked then rob stopped returning calls. no refund was offered I was just out the money I paid for parts.
