Had great customer service with Will despite an issue we had with a mattress we purchased. See Will if you plan to buy a mattress. He will take care of any questions or issues that may arise. He took care of us getting the correct mattress, and he followed up with my phone calls. Customer service as it should be. And we love our mattress too.

I purchases a mattress set. The one delivered did not feel like the one in the store. In fact, it sags, and I can not tolerate it. The manager said the mattress was the same and a new one would not be any different. He offered an upgrade, but they declined to finance that upgrade. I stated the merchandise was shoddy and should have stayed with Sears. He said are you that IGNORANT, the merchandise is the same. He told me I was a stupid old woman because I had bought the cheapest merchandise in the store. (It was not the bottom set). I could NOT believe a store manager would viciously and loudly call me those names. I said I guess I was a stupid old woman for even buying anything there. I am out money I could not afford for very poor quality merchandise. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am elderly and have NEVER been treated that poorly before in a store.

We were shopping for a mattress set for our daughter and came into the store last night around 6:30 pm. The man at the store was laying down on a bed when we came in. After seeing a couple of $500 - $600 priced beds that we thought might work for her, we asked him about the $1 sale with the purchase of any mattress. He told us that the dollar sale only worked if we purchased a mattress worth $799 or more. This could not be because the flyer sale said that the $1 sale would work with the purchase of ANY bed. We ran out of there and bough the bed from Mattress Firm in the same shopping center.
