Careful of this place. They are two face and charge an arm and a leg for maintain fees which cover nothing. Living in a cardboard box would be better. Expensive living for poor service and maintenance. They use unlicensed, non certified individuals to do work around the property. BE CERTAIN I'M CONTACTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
