I have been a loyal customer of Tisha's for 4 years and have highly recommended her services to others. However, after the highly disappointing service my dogs received today, I must warn others. Tisha seems to be overbooking which causes her to not manage her time well. She hurried to finish grooming my two dogs which had been there all day and were the last two to leave. Because of this, one of my dogs ended up with a deep gash on her left inside leg. This type of "service" , lack of time management and unprofessional care is unacceptable. I will not be taking my dogs to her in the future and will tell everyone I know about this highly disappointing dog grooming nightmare.
