I have 3 trucks from classic so far and have been very happy ever time. I am also very happy so far with the service center.

As I was looking at the new cars for sale at Classic Chevrolet in Owasso, Ok, I was greeted with a smile. Keith Mestas was both knowledgeable and friendly as he took my information and listened to my needs in order to find just the right car for me. The test drive and my subsequent experience with my new Spark has been proof positive that we made the right choice. Even the color 'Denim Blue' makes me happy. On March 28th my wife and I was looking at some trucks which was going to put in my name had we coe to an agreement. A deal was never reached and no documents were ever signed. About an hour after leaving the dealership I received an alarm on my phone warning me that a hard inquiry was made to my credit reports! This was done without ANY authorization either written or verbal! I returned to the dealership and asked why my score was run to which the salemen replied "I thought we were cool with each other so I thought it was okay" Really! I looked this up on the internet and found the following "Anyone who checks your credit without prior consent has violated the law and it could result in hundreds of dollars in restitution or more for you. Credit profiles are considered a private matter and the act of pulling a report can hurt a person's score. " My attorney has been contacted, I will update at a later date.

I love my malibu but do not like having to come to the dealer and spend 30 min just to put a couple pounds of nitrogen in a tire when if it was regular air I could just stop at the corner and be on my way.

Carlie was awesome. I really liked working with her. She was patient and not pushy. She did what she could to accomodate my family and our needs. I would work with her again!

I purchased a Silverado from Classic in Owasso that had a small spot on the fender that they tried to hide. During negotiations they agreed to repair. I gave them four tries and four weeks, they caused more damage. The third time I gave them a list of the new damage that had been done to the truck. They didn't get it done and it appears that the customer service manager isn't used to being told they don't have any pride in their customer service. They have told me they won't fix the truck now (they've had almost a month and four tries). I've filed a complaint with GM and asked them to send me to a real dealership to have their damage repaired.

It was a very pleasant visit. I enjoyed the members of Classic's staff that worked with me. There is a wonderful atmosphere at your dealership. My wife and I had nice evening. Thanks!

Jon Bence has been our salesman since our first purchase. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from John since August of 2012. I won't go anywhere else or deal with any other salesman! He is honest and does what he says and says what he does. Classic has always been a non-pressure enviornment everytime we have come in for sevice or to purchase, but someone is always there to help. took our Chevy Monte Carlo up to classic to change power steering lines and they charged us 4 half hours of labor and it took them almost a week to fix it and I don't think it takes that long to replace the two lines just sad service and the mechanic should be fired for taking so long think the just want the extra money sad they take advantage of people and make up how long it took I will never take my car or let anyone I know go there

This is my 3rd purchase at Classic Chevrolet and Im always pleased with the vehicle of my choice and not something the dealership wanted to put me into
