Great customer service
Nice staff!

This place doesn't follow through with their word, very dishonest and did not fix the problem on my truck. I had to take to Jim Glover to get the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed. The mechanic at Quality messed my stereo up, broke my cd player and never fixed the problem to begin with on my a/c and tried to charge me for something he screwed up on. He threw everything from my center console and glove box in my back seat so he could take the dash out but didn't put the stuff back and didn't even have the battery cables tightened all the way. When you argue with them about a problem, they get rude, hang up on you, cuss you out and tell you to never come back. Not sure what has happened with this place but it has definitely lost it's integrity and character as they so put on their window out front.

Go here if you want to get ripped off. I finally gave up, took over $1000 hit, and TOWED my car to another shop to have the ORIGINAL problem fixed.. For $68!!! My car was in this shop for a week and a half and they never called or gave me updates or let me know what was going on.
Terrible terrible terrible service! Find somewhere else, you cant get ripped off any worse than I did!

Great people to do business with. Good service, well done, fair prices. Quick in and out. Kept appointment time and kept word on getting it done. Highly recommended.
