Provided by YP.comIv been a customer with Rcb bank for over 6 years now. Out of all the Rcb bank branches, the Owasso branch on 86th is the worse when it comes to customer service and care.
Very slow service with tellers, everyone looks like they hate their job + its so behind on its updating inside. The president of the branch doesn't care about his customers.Iv switched my primary branch to claremore. I would highly recommend the claremore branch. Very respectful, atmosphere is welcoming and most of all caring to its customers.
