I took a nice Zippo lighter in to be engraved because the owner told me on the phone that "he engraved them all the time" and "it would be no problem" only to pick it up and see the initials off-centered and barely legible. It looks awful. If you can't perform a service properly don't perform the service. He ruined the gift two days before christmas and refused to pay for the replacement. i CAN'T give this to my father!
I wouldn't trust this owner. Bad, bad, bad business practices. This was just a small thing! I definitely wouldn't trust him with any big projects!!!!
