I've never felt like they cared one bit about my business. The other day I went to get a Red Banana Tree for my mom for Mother's Day. I asked a guy if they had any and he didn't say anything, but starting walking briskly away. I assumed I should follow him. After finding the two they had (one was about 1/3rd the size of the other) I asked how much they got for them. "$79 I think". I didn't want him thinking anything. I needed to know how much they were, and it is not my job to quiz him. He should have got me the price. Later the same day my mom ended up here. That evening we spoke, and she mentioned that she didn't care anything about the trees up there because she felt like this man (I assume the same one) was rude and didn't want her business. I will drive a decent distant to another nursery. I have no desire to go back. It's been years since I went, anyway, due to the same type of experience long ago. It's not a fun atmosphere by any means.

TERRIBLE. I called to ask about a tree and they just didn't have time to talk at all. I finally just asked what is the largest tree you have and how much? He just gave me a price and hung up!

They will not get any business from me. Also I'm sure to tell my friends about my experience.

Looked like a nice place, didnt know they were closing, called asked about a plant, the guy said they had it but didnt mention they were closed, I went by to get it and the guy, went and locked the gates and never bothered to talk to me while I sat there waiting for him and then he told me I was rude when I said I just called and you didn't mention you were closing.

This is the worst business I have ever been to. I purchased several sets of rock for the price posted and I went to get them later that day they said it was the wrong price and would not honor their mistake. The employees apparently do not even know the correct prices, as I asked several times before I paid. The manager was very unprofessional and vulgar when we approached him with the mistake. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
