Do not try and get a mortgage/loan here - On 2 occasions (1 personally) they are unwilling to give you a Good Faith Estimate. If you ask for one they say no, but then ask to see the competitions GFE and ripe it apart like you are getting cheated (funny part is they don't know how to read a GFE). On another occasion when asked to a GFE they gave a fee worksheet.
