FCC Cable Regulations require a cable company to inform customers in WRITING 30 days before raising rates (76.1603 (b). Jaguar apparently doesn't follow these rules. We were told our rates would not increase after installing the new Cat 5 cable, and they increased 30%! No notification, nothing in writing, nothing online, NOTHING! Only their statement that they would not increase the rates!! Go figure!
