Provided by YP.comWe have used Wencl for over 15 years and, with a very old property, we were frequent customers. After being billed much more for a small project than we thought was warranted, we tried to contact Wencl to resolve the issue. While those that answered the phones were professional, we were continually told someone would get back to us. That never happened. We continued to call as we continued to receive bills and still no calls back. We finally got a collection notice and tried one last time to contact them, but again got no call back so we ended up just paying our oversized bill. We’re not sure if they are lazy or cowards that don’t want to discuss this, but it seems like a bad business model to ignore your long-term customers. We will no longer be using Wencl nor will we be recommending in the future.

Provided by YP.comVery poor communication, response time and inaccurate (and late) billing. Employees are not properly trained, we found multiple issues with toilets and showers they installed, that were leaking! It was a very frustrating experience working with them and I would encourage you to find an alternative!

Provided by YP.comThis was a comedy of errorsw. I called them to clean and repair my furnace ductwork. Nice young man came out but didn't have the cleaning equipment. Did the repair, charged 2 hours work for 1 hour time. Office staff agreed I should get a reduced rate when he came back to do the cleaning. He left the switch off. 2 days later I called them (not knowing) and they came out and turned the switch on. Got a bill for $70. I called and they agreed it should be waived, but then I got another bill with both on it. I write a letter and complain, including $70 to show good faith. They agreed it should be corrected. Later he came back and cleaned ductwork, one hour, so I figure my total bill should be $210 for 3 hours and I give him a check for $210, forgetting that I already paid $70. (Actually that included travel time, but they refuse to admit it and insist he spent 2 full hours there.) They keep sending me bills that don't even acknowledge my payments, let alone subtracting the $70 for their mistake.
Finally I talk with the owner and he agrees (angrily) to refund $70.
Eventually, they said that they charge travel time - which is exactly what they said they didn't do when I first called. The cleaning bill was $155 (just over an hour). They'd forgotten to mention the $50 charge for the equipment.
I'm paying it and glad they're not my only alternative.
