Provided by YP.comThey advertise nonstop, and it looked like they had a lot of cars, so I stopped by. I said I was just looking, but the salespeople were really pushy in trying to show me expensive models even though I said multiple times that I wasn't interested in those cars. I don't spend money with rude people, and these people don't listen to or respect their customers. Rude, rude staff.

Provided by YP.comI bought a car from this dealership for my teenage daughter, but this dream car quickly turned into a nightmare, as her car malfunctioned and needed numerous repairs. Although the car was recently purchased, they did not honor any of the warranties and I had to pay huge prices for the repairs. The car just wasn't worth it. Additionally, while doing the repairs, I was treated poorly by the staff here, and was talked down to like I was a child. The customer is always right, however at royal automotive even with the warranties in hand I was wrong. I will not be going here in the future, and I do not recommend them to my friends. I hope my experience with royal automotive was unique, yet upon reading other reviews, I fear that many others have had similar experiences.

I've had to get my car serviced so many times that at this point I think it's cheaper to buy a new used car- at some place OTHER THAN KEVIN'S! Do not come here for a good car, or for a reliable car. Read the reviews. I was taken advantage of, so were many other people. This is not a trustworthy company.

Provided by YP.comRoyal Chrysler auto dealer in Owego NY Badgered and Bullied my 71 yr old mother (severe diabetic) for 6 hours into signing for a vehicle! They went to her house in Sayre PA and picked her up and brought her to their facility in NY. She felt stranded if she didn't comply with signing for the 10+ yr old vehicle they made her buy, totaling $10,500. While she was there (via my cell as I'm out of state) I told the sales man "Ron" that he was "taking advantage of a 71 year old lady and that is totally wrong! It's just plain wrong!!" Those were my exact words. But he and the manager kept on badgering her into it for 6 long hours. Once they finally brought her home she called them on the phone to tell them that she did not want the vehicle. The following day at Royal we had to get the police involved because they were loudly yelling and arguing with her!!! So BEWARE! THEY HAVE NO MORALS OR ETHICS!!

Provided by YP.comA month ago I purchased a used 4x4 SUV from Royal for appx. $20,000. The sales person was wonderful & very helpful. However, thats the only nice thing I can say about this dealership...While being serviced a week after purchased, damage was done to my vehicle. After bringing it to their attention ,we were told that it was there prior to dropping it off. And the owner would have to watched the secuity tapes. I called several times and the owner was never in and the receptionist wouldnt take a message.Two weeks later the vehicle had to be serviced again...same issue as before. I requested to speak with the owner and got the run around. We finally spoke with the owners son and he told me they would fix it if the tapes showed the damage wasnt there when I dropped it off. The next day the owner calls and said that the camera that the service tech said was point at my vehicle has a blind spot. He was more upset over the blind spot & that he paid thousands of dollars for a camera that doesnt do what it needs to do. He told us that he would repair the damage for $400. They havent even fixed the problem that had me there that day...
We will never buy from this dealership again...they dont stand behind what they sell. If I had read the reviews prior to purchase I wouldn't of purchased from them. The service managers are rude and the owner is never around to deal with things. I guess the other reviews were right.
