United Water Owego is a subsidiary of United Water Incorporated. A manager of four of the nation's largest municipal water and wastewater contracts, United Water provides water and wastewater services to approximately 7 million people in the United States. In addition to owning and operating regulated utilities, the company operates municipal systems through public-private partnerships and contract agreements.
