I agree with user above Tioga state Bank has gotten so greedy run! They charge for paper mailers that cause you to overdraw your account then there are 45.00 each. They need to be investigated.

Do not use extra customer "services" like notarization. Prepare to be nickel-and-dimed. Used to having a Notary Public at your bank for customer use as needed? Think again! Sometimes free because you are a customer (multiple account holder), sometimes $2, $5 etc. for Notary services. Don't drive across town, look elsewhere and save your time and money. (Sometimes the nicest people you'll ever meet (Pat in Owego, does a nicer lady exist?), and sometimes so rude you'll want to take your money elsewhere).
