We moved here 14 years ago. Had a great time for about two years and then the bullying began. After 12 years of being bullied and having to hire our attorney to constantly combat this organization we are very over it. They won’t allow people they have personal animosity towards enjoy their homes. I would never have bought a house here had I known then what I know now. There are lots of residents who feel the same as I do. They lie about certain things, so, as a resident it is important that one always records their interactions with them. As I’ve learned to do. They try to strong arm residents financially by having their attorney write threatening letters. Their office staff are rude and combative. They are not transparent about how our dues are spent. They get angry if you question the fact that they expect you to take a power point slide prepared by the board members as fact. They take in almost 1 million dollars in dues a year. They violate their own bylaw procedures. I’ve got them on recording do so at meetings and being rude to residents who were being perfectly civil.
