They suck. Bought a car from them with transmission problems and the idiot mechanic said it was not the transmission slipping. Don't buy from them crooks

I've bought from twice and had zero problems. They are easy to work with and always seem understanding

Please don't go to this place rude won't help you do anything car broke down under warranty and said it was my fault by driving it avoid with all cost go to owensboro motors!!!!

I put a down payment of $800 on this car, and made a $250 car payment. I had the car less than 20 days as I did not drive it off the lot until 3/23. On 4/10 I was stranded on the highway as the car broke down. I called 3rd chance where the general manager told me they would not tow it. The car was taken to them, and the general manager told me that I am the one who blew the engine up and that I would haft to pay for the engine that is under warranty. He refused to fix the car, put me in another car, or give me back the money that I paid. Please help me. I am a single mother on disability. They took all the money that I had, and refused to help me.
