The staff was very welcoming to me. I was treated with dignity and respect from every one of them. The NP was very approachable, friendly and extremely knowledgable. She took her time with me and answered any question that I could think of. They did the lab work in the office and she even contacted me directly at home to give me results. Everything went with ease. Wait time was minimal that day. I was in her office a little longer than normal but it was my first appointment. The paperwork was lengthy but I had just enough time to finish it before I was called back. The receptionist at the desk was very kind and she helped make the visit comfortable. She also made sure I knew about the clinic app for my phone and how to log in and use the app to address any concerns, ask medical questions, schedule appointments. You can even see a summary of your visits, your lab work and results and referrals or upcoming appointments are all available with the app! I downloaded the app to my iPhone and I have had absolutely zero issues with it. I have insurance and they still made sure to see if I qualified for sliding scale fees. How amazing is that? A doctors office trying to SAVE YOU MONEY! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the community, whether you have insurance or not, they will take great care of you!
