The lady was extremely rude!! First of all, she acted like she didnt want to serve me, then when i couldn't understand her ( language barrier), She got upset with me because i asked her whats the difference between the $25 and $35 pedicure. She started flipping out on me so i left. I'll spend my money with someone else. I work hard for my money and deserve to be treated fairly.

Worst service I've ever had...went in to get a pedicure there was only one person and only one worker I waited for about 10 minutes while she got done finishing the other person right when she started on mine 3 people walked in so she rushed this is not the place if you are wanting a good massage they didn't even do a massage! I then asked her if they were going to be using any lotion and she blatantly called me a liar and said that she already did and that I wasn't paying attention I refuse to argue but wasn't satisfied and she said I could pay $45 if I wanted a massage WHAT! .then to top it off she rudely told me to leave and that my nails were dry I asked if she had any of those paper flip flops because I didn't want to take the chance of my polish being chipped in the sandals I was wearing again very rudely said they are dry you can go...I paid and left. I will never go back.

This place was horrible. I wanted my nails painted just pink and without her even asking she put black tips on it and told me I had to pay for it when I clearly didn't ask for it. It looked really bad. Then anytime I would move my hand she would slap it. I did not get good treatment there. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Watched them use the same pedicure tools on 3 people in a row. Nasty

When I first started going there the people was very friendly and the work they did was excellent, the the past 3 visits have not gone so well, the workers seem to be in a bad mood and not friendly and my nails look awful! Will not be going back; not to mention that I was there before a lot of other people and they got service before me. Very Unhappy!!!

How sweet these ladies are, I love my nails, I don't mind driving 30 minutes for quality. I'm from Cali where everywhere you can get great nails, but when I moved to KY it was hard in the small town we moved to. I found City Nails and now I'm happy again. It is so worth the drive. P.S. never go to Lovely Nails unless you like rude service, high prices and ONLY french arcylics

Signed in sat down and watched a girl who came in after me get pulled back first. Guess you have to be a regular to get service.

I love this place the ladys there are very sweet and very talented will not go any where else!!!
