These people are worse than Kenergy. And thats pretty terrible, My family has dealt with them all my life and now I deal with them as an adult. They are much worse than I remember them being as a child. If there was another option, I would absolutely choose it. I would give them zero stars if it were a choice. First, it is the year 2016....get with the times and accept something other than cash....how stupid. Second....I'm convinced that the main credential for employment here is that you must be a complete sourpuss. There was an actual incident where they would not accept one of my nickels because it had some scratches on it. It was so stupid that I laughed the whole way home. I now pay my family's bill through the overnight drop only, just so I don't have to look at these winches.

Be prepared to be treated like a piece of low life crap

Just to pay your monthly bill - they act as if it is such a bother to take your payment.

I have never been late on my bill

makes no difference that I have been a loyal Good standing customer for 3 years.

My daughter is also a customer

She is treated rudely as well

Recently we were out of town and did not realize the bill was due -

having the water shut off the process of getting it back on while we are out of town was horrendous. Ridiculous rude people

the people are very rude they are not very disability friendly they demand payment in the middle of the month and they will disconnect at the first of the month .very greedy business
