I purchased a couch from Pier 1 which was a Crandall product. Within 6 months one of the cushions was defective. One side stayed dented in. I kept thinking I could push it out but two cushions are attached so can't reverse them. I still have my receipt and finally notified Pier 1 about 18 months since purchase. They said was normal wear and tear and wouldn't do anything. This was a $1400 couch. My last couch I had for 14 years and no,problem. Am hoping maybe the company will do something about it. Pier 1 would not do anything. I am near on end wouldn't even commend look at it. Sent picture too. I could use some help. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Hard to see well in picture but then a hard lump in another area of cushion.
