This is ridiculous that we can't pick a package up from the local FEDex. I have a package that needs a signature and they will only deliver while I am at work. I can't pick it up in Owensboro. They want to send it all the way to Evansville to pick it up. That makes no logical sense. And there is no phone number to even call and ask for an exception to this ludicrous rule. This item belongs to me and you want to make me jump through hoops to get it. What the hell? Poor service if you ask me

FedEx is great when it comes to deliver. But when searching here for the phone number it is no where to be found. Someone needs to put a local phonenumber. That is why it is called yellow pages.
