Bought my wife's wedding ring from Rogers. SEVEN diamonds have fallen out since we purchased the ring. Not to mention one diamond already missing after we received the ring after sizing. Thankfully they could send it off to get the diamonds replaced. Will never buy from there again.

This store has the worst customer service. My daughters wedding/ engagement ring was to be back in 2 weeks its been 8 and still waiting. My daughter finally said enough just refund my money well no since it was sized it cant be refunded. This fact was not disclosed until after purchase. I wouldnt recommend them to sell toilet paper.

The employees really take the time to find exactly what you want and your specific needs, not just what has the biggest price tag. We will definitley do business here again!
