My husband and I came down from Indianapolis for a one month stay at Diamond Lake to find out when we got here that our hot water was not even warm. Called Keith with RV Medic came out to our campground and took care of the problem. Knowledgeable, professional..no nonsense honest RV repair person. Thank you Keirh

I took my travel trailer to RV Medics to have my slide out repaired. I was expecting an expensive, extensive repair but, Keith and his crew came up with a simple, quick, inexpensive repair. I know where my travel trailer is going next time I have issues....RV Medics!!

I have done business with RV Medic (Keith Williams) for several years. He is more than competitive on his accessory prices and he is very fair and honest in his Services, both at his shop or his House Calls. You can count on Keith to treat you fair and honest with his recommendations.

Keith and the guys have been SO GOOD to us.They have done absolutely every thing they possibly could to accomodate us in our time of need. They got us back on the road in record time. We have dealt with them for several years now and the customer service has always been exceptional, and they have answered every question we had. We cannot say enough good things about them. Customer service is not dead at RV Medic.

We live in our Rv and a limb fell on the roof while camping and we developed leak so we took it to RV medic in Owensboro Ky to get a estimate. Keith handeled the whole process with the Ins. Co { very professionaly }. Since we live in our camper we thought we would have to stay in a Hotel but thanks to Keith we got to stay in the camper at night he gave us fans to keep us cool at night to save us the cost of a hotel . If you EVER need work on your Rv please take it to RV medic . Roof looks great
