Terrible, was lied to over the phone about a vehicle.I was told someone was test driving it I drove from Evansville to find out it had been in the shop for a week. Never again!

We were sold a used Town and Country that is a lemon one thing after another has gone wrong with this vehicle finally we went into the manager's office with all of our service paperwork and he made a deal with us to trade the vehicle in for a new one for all the trouble we have had with this vehicle when we went to pick up the new vehicle today he told us he couldn't do it and that he would be loosing money on it so here we go with another $959.75 bill to add to all the other bills to this vehicle. My advice to anyone looking at buying a vehicle new or used do not buy one from Steve Jones in Owensboro, Ky. They don't stand by what they sell and Bill the store manager is not good to his word. He says his main concern is he just wants the customer happy hmm. There is lemon laws for new and used vehicle's and I am not done with Steve Jones Chrysler yet.
