This company treats its employees as if they are worthless. The employees aren't paid by the grade in which they are qualified. They are hired as a permanent position in an area of qualification, but are not given any benefits such as medical vacation, or any other prosperous benefits. Not only is this business poor in employee friendly services such as being able to allow mothers to visit their children for educational programs. The company also doesn't pay their employees on time at the rate that most employees should be paid. Many promised medical benefits, with no results years later.
