For Bankruptcy and I assume anything else what a disaster! There was a constant struggle between him and his paralegal. There was constantly a difference of opinion and advice. I know I lost money and have hurt the recovery of my credit rating because of them. One thing that hurts my credit to this day was I was told not to reaffirm my loans that I kept. When you do that on a credit report it is listed as a write off and will never show that you are continuing to make payments. This also cannot be change unless you reopen the bankruptcy.
